Shipping and handling fees are listed along with each product. When you complete an order form on this website, shipping charges will automatically be calculated for you. Due to the custom-made nature of our gloves, it may be 3 to 4 weeks before your glove is ready for shipment. We will contact you if there will be any delays, and your credit card will not be charged until the glove is ready to ship.

Bats and batting gloves that are in stock are shipped the next business day. If there will be any delay due to availability or stock on hand, we will contact you by e-mail.

Sales tax is 6.0% and is charged to Idaho residents only.

GLOVES: Due to their custom-made nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for our gloves or batting gloves. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your glove, please Contact Us for a Return Authorization. No warranty claims will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Shipping charges are not refundable.

BATS: Our bats are made of wood, and wood occasionally breaks. As a result, there is no warranty, refunds, returns or exchanges on our bats.

All products are sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks.

Baseball is a high performance athletic sport, and there is a risk of severe injury or even death. Be sure to practice and play under the guidance of a qualified coach. Periodically check your equipment for signs of wear. If your equipment becomes stretched, thin, torn, cracked, etc., stop using it immediately and replace it with new equipment.
